During the workshop you will learn to use simple yet powerful Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), among some others, which you can draw upon forever, long after the end of your workshop.

Workshop content

Workshop Details

Workshops are run regularly throughout the year, please call or email me for details.

Venue: Depending on numbers, the venue will be in Fareham, Titchfield or Stubbington

Times: Saturday 10am to 5pm

Cost: £75 which includes break refreshments and all handouts. Please bring a packed lunch or alternatively, there are plenty of eating places close by.
